How long does the assessment process take?
The assessment typically takes between 30-45 minutes, depending on the student's age and the specific areas being evaluated.
What is Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy?
Orton-Gillingham is a multi-sensory teaching method that breaks down reading into its component parts. It emphasizes phonics, phonemic awareness, and sight word instruction to build lasting literacy skills.
How often are assessments conducted?
Assessments are typically conducted at the beginning of enrollment and every 12 weeks after that.
What happens if we complete the assessment and the group my child qualifies for is full?
If the group your child qualifies for is full, we’ll add them to a priority list for the next available open spot.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled assessment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
What happens if I do not pay the invoice for the assessment within 24 hours?
The assessment time slot will be removed and you will need to restart the booking process.
